Company

Emeks Vzmeti d.o.o. is a company for production of springs, spring elements and other spring parts with production in Slovenia (Maribor). The employees have a 20+ years of experience in spring industry.

About us

First workshop we had in industry zone »Elektrokovina« – Tržaška cesta 23, Maribor

 

In June 2018 we moved the whole company to new workshop in industry zone »Pobrežje« (ex  CPM, old »Svila«, Marprom). Address is » Ob Dravi 6, Maribor«.

 

For quick and quality production of springs we have a wide range of products and technological solutions.

 

In year 2016 we recieved ISO9001 certificate (Issued by TUV SUD Sava).

Company was encorporated in 2005, when we started with production. On start we had production in industry zone »TVT«. At that time we made promotion of our company at Maribor and neighborhood,because Maribor is a center of Slovenian metal industry.

In 2008 we moved to industry zone – »Elektrokovina«, Trzaska cesta 23D, Maribor.

In 2018 we moved to new industry zone »Pobrežje – CPM«, addres »Ob Dravi 6, Maribor«.

In few past years we are succesfully increasing our share on the market in Slovenia. We accomplish that with:

  • Fast response to the customers
  • Investing in technological equipment
  • Offering of complete service for springs and parts – from design to solution

Products

Our production is able to produce sprrings, spring elements and bended parts from standard qualities of material and dimensions from 0,2mm – 30mm.
You can get a overlook of the materials here. For production we can us your design, of we make an appropriate design from the intended use. All our products can be tested and we can issue a measuring certificate. If needed we can apply different surface protection (sand blasting, shot peeing, zincing, chroming, brunating, painting,..). All parts can be combined with rubber or plastic.
V podjetju za vas izdelujemo tlačne vzmeti, natezne vzmeti, torzijske vzmeti, krožnikaste vzmeti, orodjarske vzmeti. Nudimo vam razne vzmetne izdelke, izdelke v kombinaciji z gumo ter izdelke iz kmetijskega programa.

COMPRESSION SPRINGS:

Compression springs are made in our factory from thickness of 0,2 – 35 mm. The standard types of material we use are:

  • EN 10270-1, DIN 17223 B/C/D (patented wire)
  • EN 10270-3, W.Nr. 1.4310 (INOX spring wire)
  • 51CrV4
  • 67SiCr5

What I have to know when ordering:

Make a copy of this document or send us this parameters of spring:

  • D – Wire thickness (mm)
  • L0 – Free length (mm)
  • Dsr – Spring middle diameter
  • Is – number of turns
  • Type of material

Extra parameters:

  • Left/right turning
  • Fmax (maximum working force)
  • Making of ends (grinded or not)
  • Work frequency

 

If you know only few parameters of the spring, we can calculate the missing parametes (spring design).

EXTENSION SPRINGS:

We produce extension spring from thickness 0,3 – 24mm. The standard types of material we use are:

  • EN 10270-1, DIN 17223 B/C/D (patented wire)
  • EN 10270-3, W.Nr. 1.4310 (inox spring – music wire)

What I have to know when ordering…

Make a copy of this document or send us this parameters of spring:

  • L0 = Spring length
  • Dsr = Spring middle diameter
  • D = Wire diameter
  • Lk = Length of the spring body
  • Material type
  • Spring ends (German, English)

 

Extra parameters:

  • Left/right turn
  • Number of turns
  • F1 (force), when extended to L1 (length)

If you know only few parameters of the spring, we can calculate the missing parametes (spring design).

TORSION SPRINGS:

 Torsion springs we produce from diameter 0,3 – 5mm. We can produce springs according to your drawings or as per sample.

  • D- Wire diameter
  • Dsr – Spring middle diameter
  • L0 – Spring Length
  • Left / right turn
  • Type of material

Extra parameters:

SPRING BENDED PARTS:+

We produce also different bended springs parts, different thicknesses (0,3 – 20mm).
